What we hold

• Account: your email address and what you have bought.
• Billing: payment provider tokens, transaction references, amounts and dates. We never store card numbers or CVVs. Card data goes directly to the payment provider through fields we cannot access.
• Your dashboard: your home airport, your saved cards, your saved trips and your 7-Evening Planner progress.
• Preferences: a small named profile used by Rich Concierge: first name, home airports, how many travel, budget band, preferred hotel stars, regions, what to avoid, and the months you usually travel. Never a passport number, a date of birth or payment details.
• Rich Concierge: your conversations and the cards they showed, so you can reopen them.
• Travel Rich Fare Watch: your settings (home airports, destinations, dates, trip length, maximum price, travellers, direct only, hotel stars), the record of each scan including the fares it saw, and the watch's own memory: up to 30 days of prices per route, the routes its last open map found, and the fares it sent you in the last 72 hours.
• Card clicks: when you open a card, which card, which partner, where it was opened from and when, so we know which cards are useful and can reconcile commissions.

Screenshots and photos

A screenshot or photo you send to Rich Concierge is re-encoded on our server, which removes hidden camera data such as location and device details. It is then sent to our AI provider to produce that one answer, and it is not stored: not on our servers, not in your conversation, not in a backup. The conversation keeps only a note that an image was attached, and the answer.

Please never send a passport, an ID card, a visa or a boarding pass. If one is sent, Rich Concierge does not read or repeat it, and it is not stored.

What advertising platforms get, and what they never get

We use Meta advertising tools. They receive a purchase value, a currency, a hashed email address, standard browser identifiers, and the fact that certain steps happened (for example, that a checkout started or that Travel Rich Fare Watch was switched on), with no travel details in them.

They never receive your airports, destinations, dates, budget, saved trips, anything you typed to Rich Concierge, or anything you set up in Travel Rich Fare Watch. This is enforced in code: the tracking layer on our pages strips travel fields before an event leaves the page.

Processors

Payments: Tranzila and PayPal. Email: Resend. AI: a third-party model provider, which receives your messages and any image you attach solely to produce a reply. Fares: the Travelpayouts Aviasales Data API, which receives only route questions (airports, dates, trip length), never your name or email. Hosting and database providers hold the data described above.

Partners and their cookies

When you open a card or a result link, you go to that partner's own site (an airline, a hotel, a booking site or a travel service), under that partner's own privacy policy. Partners and affiliate networks may set their own cookies there to record that you came from us. We do not control those cookies. See our affiliate disclosure.

Your choices, and how to delete

• Edit or clear your preferences profile from the Rich Concierge section of your dashboard.
• Delete any Rich Concierge conversation with the delete control on that conversation.
• Remove saved cards and trips from your dashboard one by one, or use "Delete my travel data" in Account: it deletes your saved cards, trips, planner progress, home airport and the fares Travel Rich Fare Watch remembers for your watch (its price history, its last open map and what it already sent you).
• Pause or switch off Travel Rich Fare Watch from your dashboard. Your settings stay until you change them or ask us to delete your account.
• Cancel your membership and unsubscribe from email at any time.
• To get a copy of your data, or delete your account and everything above, write to support@travelliketherich.com from the email address on your account. We act within 30 days.

We do not sell personal data. Residents of states and countries with consumer privacy laws have rights to access, correct and delete their data, and we honour them for everyone.

Email

We send exactly two kinds of email: the one that opens your dashboard, and Travel Rich Fare Watch results if you have switched it on. We do not email invoices, receipts, payment confirmations, trial notices, renewal notices or cancellation notices. All of that lives in your dashboard.
